Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
As a General Contractor I will work with you to define exactly what you want from each project and determine my comfort in being able to deliver. There are some jobs that will REQUIRE a Specialist Contractor- such as “behind the wall” electrical and plumbing installations - where these individuals are better suited with specialized tools and insurances. Otherwise, I will be able to complete most jobs for a better price than specialist contractors.

I generally charge based on job type, distance, time and materials - and you will receive an itemized invoice and be kept abreast of expenses as we proceed.
